We offer full cycle of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementation. While Navision software implementation we use a well-tried Microsoft Dynamics SureStep® methodology. The Microsoft Dynamics SureStep® methodology describes project processes and tools that support project management. It has been created on the basis of long experience of Microsoft consulting team connected with the implementation of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics® products. It concentrates on a given group of business matters and tools implementation, therefore, helps to minimize time needed for implementation, reduces costs and minimize possible risk. Microsoft Dynamics SureStep® boosts customer satisfaction and guarantees closing project successively. It was created on the basis of conclusions drawn from business solutions implementation, models included in Microsoft Solutions Framework® and (PMI) Project Management Institute’s guidelines.

The process of implementation includes, among others, the following elements:

* Pre-implementation analysis - Determination of business processes, determination of functional and organizational range, schedule and the cost of implementation.
* Software preparation to production work - software installation, setting, data migration, tests
* Users training
* After-implementation care - users support, further system implementation in a company


Dynamics NAV license, supplementary licenses and upgrades of functions NAV as well as necessary computer equipment is included in the implementation process .

Dynamics NAV Support

After-implementation care is provided by a specialized team from our Navision Service Centre. The Navision Service Centre is an organizational unit of Mediadat Software which aim is to provide help to Navision software users, provide service of system, trainings and cooperate with IT department in the scope of adjusting Navision to the individual customer needs.

The Navision Service Centre is available in the following forms:

Within the after-implementation service we offer, among others, technical support, implementation of necessary system modifications, preparation of integration with other applications, creation of new reports and analysis, substantial help enabling efficient usage of the system, support in current problem solving provided to NAVISION system users, providing trainings to new employees.

Dynamics NAV Programming

We have a professional Navision Development Department.
Knowledge of our IT specialists is supported by certificates, not only within the range of programming, installation and NAV system set-up, but also within the issues connected with finance, CRM, production and others.

We have all the necessary potential to offer adjustment of Dynamics NAV system to individual needs of our customers. Among others we offer implementation of changes in the already existing Navision objects (forms, charts, reports), preparation of new modules, setting the exchange of data with other internal systems. IT works are carried out according to the Microsoft Solutions Framework methodology, ensuring the highest quality of solutions.

The Navision Development Department cooperates closely with our NAV Navision Service Centre. Thanks to that our customers have constant access to our IT team and the guarantee of short time delivery.

Dynamics NAV users trainings

We offer complex and professional trainings for NAV Dynamics users. Training schedules for each Navision modules are individually adjusted to the customer needs. The trainings are led by consultants having in-depth experience in the software usage. Our trainers have relevant certificates and received pedagogic trainings.
